Estimated Delivery: Standard Palora P6 configurations typically arrive within approximately 10–14 weeks, depending on the delivery location. Customized configurations generally require approximately 13–17 weeks. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, peak shipping periods, port congestion, customs clearance, or other logistics conditions.

Delivery Method: The Palora P6 is delivered via freight. Unloading is not included, so customers are responsible for arranging suitable assistance or equipment to unload the shipment upon delivery.

Remote & Limited-Access Areas: Certain remote or limited-access destinations may require additional freight arrangements. If your delivery address requires special handling, PavilionHaus will contact you before your order is submitted to the manufacturer. No additional freight charge will be made without your approval.

Cancellations & Changes

Palora P6 orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of the Palora P6 and the international freight and customs process involved in delivery, Palora P6 orders are not eligible for return after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact PavilionHaus promptly with your order information and photos or video documenting the issue. Our team will coordinate directly with AlunoTec to review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from improper use, man-made damage, and force majeure events. Warranty claims require the original invoice number along with photographs and/or video documenting the affected component.

The Palora P6 is designed for straightforward on-site assembly using AlunoTec’s installation manual and installation video.

Site Preparation: A solid, level installation surface is required. For freestanding installations, posts should be securely anchored to suitable concrete foundations.

Deck Installations: Installation directly onto wood decking is not recommended unless adequate structural support or concrete footing is provided underneath.

Wall-Mounted Installations: Wall connections must be secured to a suitable load-bearing structure.

Electrical Requirements: Electrical connections should be completed in accordance with applicable local electrical requirements.

Professional Installation: Due to the size, weight, anchoring, and electrical components involved, PavilionHaus recommends professional installation.

Permits & Local Requirements: Building codes, permits, foundation requirements, wind and snow loads, and site conditions vary by location. Customers are responsible for confirming applicable local requirements before installation.
